Criminal offense: the nature of the offenses in 1992 were vehicular, non-DUI related. The vehicle was a 149cc motor scooter.

A.) Evading Police
In 1999, due to the "evading peace officer" ticket I had received from Greco's friend Officer Steve Eberhard at the P.V. Police Department (1992).

  1. 216 hours community service to pay off the $1,200 fine.
  2. From the Court of 40 more hours of Cal Tran work (on the freeway).
  3. Additional jail time.

What Cheryl remarks about Officer Steve Eberhard: I often wonder how many blow jobs Palos Verdes Police Officer Steve Eberhard received for his threats against former high school classmates, his ultimate fantasy and revenge. Unlike trooper James Randy Moss, who stopped a porn star going 92 mph with pills in her car, Officer Eberhard stopped me over having no plates on my new scooter. My taking off at top speeds of 45 mph in a 25 mph zone when I saw it was Eberhard approaching scared me significantly. I knew the corrupt egotistical nature of the spoiled male white trash predators who attended that wealthy high school. This reckless driving offense I eventually paid 216 community service hours for is officially expunged that was actually in error of the court. The court wasn't supposed to expunge an "evading peace officer" offense but I'm sure glad they did because now I can enter Canada without any problems.

  1. Cheyl caused a "welt" on Cassell's face.
  2. A freeloading, unemployed nuisance tenant worthy of eviction. The freeloading? I wasn't paying for utilities.
  3. In May of 1999, I saw a legal brief sitting in the kitchen; a thick TRO with a court date on it within two days. I initially panicked, found an attorney fast, and went to the first of many hearings.
  4. The process of fighting the TRO was a long one that took nearly two months.
  5. My Attorney's Fee: $1,500, Eventually, I lost the TRO case granted at two feet restraining order awarded to Joyce Cassells.
  6. November 1998 Joyce Cassells Filed Police Reports of Being A Nuisance Tenant.
  7. The tenants had complained that I had soiled the front of the building, asking me to clean it up. I felt humiliated.
  8. Cheryl's motor scooter illegally being parked on the property, Ms Cassell had proof and showed photos of it parked in the backyard area. Another tenant had disliked her scooter being illegally parked in the back and front areas and included that in her complaint.
  9. The police report Joyce Cassells filed against Cheryl was to prove what a nuisance tenant Cheryl was, by showing the dirt on the property in the refrigerator and the carpets. Cassells took photos of the dirt and included them in the police report.

Cheryl freely admits:
In her police complaint, Cassells wrote I had brought "tons of dirt" onto the property. Later, at a hearing Commissioner Loretta Norris shocked me suggesting my reponse under oath that I had never brought any potting plant soil onto the property was an obvious lie because most everyone has plant soil they bring inside. I couldn't understand the Commissioner's reasoning.

  • Ms. Cassells was able to get a 2 foot restraining order against me. I was working late hours at Morrison & Foerster, LLP to pay legal activities against me. I had a reckless driving ticket and 'evading a peace officer' on my record from 8 years ago at the time. In 2005, Ms. Cassells had a lawsuit filed against her by a credit company for unpaid balance on her credit card.

  • I totally understand Zimbio's position in removing the Wikizine I had on Wollmann. Regardless, I'm disappointed they caved into a crazy man by violating my First Amendment rights. Wollmann is free at Blogger.com to post whatever nuisance fraudulent accusations he wants there because laws state that the site owners of blogs aren't responsible for the content of their members unless it falls into a violation of State and Federal laws.

Cheryl freely admits:
  1. Sheila never got to know me, and introduced drugs into my life.
  2. I was unemployed, and bringing drug dealers on the property.

In addition, I was given a "2 foot" restraining order by this roommate, and the Judge stated it was granted due to all of the police reports this person had written up on me while I was mostly off the property.

Another restraining order, this time only 3 feet, from my roommate.

Williams-Sonoma Corporate
500 foot restraining order against Cheryl Merrill. Cheryl had stalked an employee. Action was taken against Cheryl.

4 weeks in jail/prison
